Atlanta targets travel companies for unpaid taxes

The city of Atlanta is suing some on-line travel companies for skirting millions in unpaid hotel and occupancy taxes. Cities across the nation have filed similar charges against companies like Travelocity, Orbitz and Expedia, taking issue with their pricing scheme. The Georgia Supreme Court could determine whether lawsuit will move forward within months.
