A southeast Georgia school counselor is charged with having a sexual relationship with a student. Carrie O’Connor has been suspended from Montgomery County High School near Vidalia. Investigators say she had a sexual relationship with a 16-yer-old male student. O’Connor is the daughter of Montgomery County’s school superintendent.
