State wants millions returned for tardy contract

The state is scrapping its contract for an online employee benefits program. Georgia says the project has been too delayed … and now wants back the seven-point-two million it already has spent on it. New York-based Vitech Systems Group was supposed to finish it last year. But Vitech says it won't return the money.
