Authorities in North Carolina early this morning arrested a second suspect charged with murder in the killing of Athens,Ga native Eve Carson last week. 17-year-old Lawrence Lovette-Jr surrendered after several hours without incident after SWAT officers surrounded a home in Durham. Lovette-Jr and 21-year-old Demario Atwater are both charged with first degree murder in the death of Carson, who served as student body president at the University of North Carolina.
