Commissioners in the city of Brunswick have passed an ordinance designed to stop people from firing guns to celebrate holidays. The Florida Times Union reports that Brunswick Commissioner James Brooks sponsored the measure after he lost TV reception New Year's Eve because someone shot up his cable box.
