A federal appeals court has upheld the conviction of a former military policeman in the death of a pregnant Georgia Southern University student. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed today the conviction of Michael Antonio Natson for the 2003 death of Ardena Carter. Carter had told friends Natson was the father of her unborn child.
