Plans for a corn ethanol plant in South Georgia have been tabled. The plant in Turner County will be delayed because of the nation's credit crunch. The president of the Georgia Alternative Energy Cooperative says the plant will move forward eventually but he doesn't know when. A similar plant in nearby Camilla is open for business.
