Kidnapped girls found in Georgia
Two girls kidnapped in Virginia have turned up in Georgia. The FBI says the unidentified 16- and 17-year-old may have been abducted to be sold into prostitution. Agents found the girls yesterday outside of Atlanta, along with their captors. Two men and a teenage girl face charges. Police say one of the men may have been involved with a gang.

State money to help child prostitutes
Georgia lawmakers have earmarked $140,000 to help young girls who have been prostituted. The Juvenile Justice Fund had sought $700,000 from the state, but the program says it will use what money it gets to set up assessment centers in metro Atlanta. Metro Atlanta is considered a major hub for child prostitution, yet there are few places to help sexually exploited kids. The Juvenile Justice Fund says it hopes centers will start helping children as early as July.
