The University of Georgia ranks among the nation’s best school for technology commercialization. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports in 2006 UGA ranked 19th out of 150 rated by the Association of University Technology Managers. That’s up from 24th the previous year. The ranking is based on UGA’s licensing income, which comes in at nearly $17-million dollars.
