The Georgia Court of Appeals could decide whether a Douglas County judge erred in denying bond to Genarlow Wilson. Wilson is appealing his 10-year prison sentence for having consensual oral sex as a minor with another minor. The state Supreme Court is schedule to hear Wilson’s case in October. Today the Court of Appeals docketed the direct appeal for its September term.
