In Georgia business news … a large Atlanta-based restaurant company is under new ownership. Rare Hospitality is selling its 287 LongHorn Steakhouses and 28 Capitol Grilles to Darden Restaurants. Orlando-based Darden operates the Olive Garden and Red Lobster restaurant chains. The deal is said to be worth $1.19 billion.
