A national survey says Georgia’s on-line presence has improved dramatically in the last year. Brown University’s report on e-government for 2007 ranks Georgia 13th in the nation. That’s up 25 places from last year. The study looked at an average of 30 sites for each state, including sites for court offices, major state agencies, and elected officials.
