Today the United States Senate unanimously passed a resolution honoring the Warner Robins American Little League team. The resolution was sponsored by Georgia Senators Johnny Isakson and Saxby Chambliss. Warner Robins is the third Georgia Little League team to win the World Series. A Columbus team won last year, and a Marietta team won in 1983.
