A man accused of trying to kill a Georgia police officer is dead. Darin John Richardson was killed Tuesday by Brooklyn narcotics officers. They say they shot after he pointed a gun at them – the same gun they say may have been used to shoot a Cobb County officer in 2005. Richardson was on the FBI’s “most wanted” list.
