The murder trial of a northeast Georgia soldier starts tomorrow. Christopher Shore of Winder is expected to plead not-guilty to a third degree murder charge. He is accused of shooting an Iraqi man, but claims he was following orders. The man who allegedly gave the order to shoot will be court-martialed in April.
