A former Home Depot employee has pleaded has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of tax evasion, arising out of a scheme to defraud giant home improvement store. Forty three year old James P. Robinson, of Atlanta, Georgia, worked as a Divisional Merchandising Manager for Home Depot. He has admitted to taking kickbacks from Home Depot's foreign suppliers and not reporting or paying taxes on that corrupt income.
