Savannah-Chatham Police have a suspect in custody wanted in the theft of more than a dozen vehicles from a Savannah car dealership. Metro Police said 18-year-old Orlando Marcus Williams was captured after a short foot chase late Tuesday morning. Authorities said 18-year-old Orlando Marcus Williams was spotted driving a vehicle that was stolen from a Nissan car dealer over the weekend. Two others in the car eluded capture and remain at large. Williams was charged with theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction by fleeing. Police have recovered four of the 13 vehicles.
